These days the wilderness is more accessible and emergencies are coming closer to home... learn how to stop a critical bleed & improvise a tourniquet; learn how to assess & splint injuries; learn how to recognize an emergency and make a plan to help someone else in need.

Alright! I am officially a Hike and Meditation lead instructor at Wanderlust Squaw this Summer. Super excited about the opportunity to progress with introducing yoga and goodness to all sorts of people I may not have ever been introduced to without this opportunity.
