Date Night: Dinner reservations at Freemason Abbey at 5:15
Tickets to the Harrison Opera House at 7pm for a “show” (TBD) meant to be a surprise and she didn’t want to know.
The check comes for dinner and the waiter asks our post dinner plans. I politely mention seeing something at the Opera house and he replies, “Or your going to see the comedian, Joe Gato one of the four “Practical Jokers” ?

I just looked at him and said “WE don’t know yet”, wink wink nudge nudge.

Still we had an awesome night starting off the weekend right! Joe Gato is freakin hilarious if you ever get the chance to see his show! 👍🏼🐸❤️🇺🇸🪴

Making the decision to change is the easy part, the fortune is in the follow up and follow through! Change your stinking thinkin, and adjust your mindset to look at things in a positive way. Set Micro-Goals and then set out to accomplish them. (ex: I'm going to park farther away from the grocery store, I'm going to buy more vegetables and fruits and less meals from a box until I no longer crave boxfood, I'm going to take 1-2-3-4 flights of stairs vice the evevator...) These are goals you can accomplish and achieve.

Veteran's Day is a day to honor and remember the men and women who have worn the uniform of the U.S. Armed Forces. The observance dates back to 1919, when President Woodrow Wilson proclaimed Nov. 11 as the first commemoration of Armistice Day, marking the signing of the agreement that ended World War I. This armistice went into effect on the "eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month" in 1918. Throughout the years, Americans have celebrated Nov. 11 in a number of ways. On this Veteran's Day, Strength For Honor Fitness acknowledges all Veterans and their families for their sacrifices to make us safe. We salute you and remember your contributions.

Novemebr 10th is the 236th Birthday of the United States Marine Corps. Thanks for kicking so much ass throughout the world so that we could sleep in peace at night. Semper Fi. (Yes, its okay to have unhealthy cake on your birthday, especially if you are a Marine)
