It’s still hard to believe there’s a viable human growing inside me!

It’s been almost two weeks of “taking it easy” — low-impact cardio and restricted strengthening at my OB’s recommendation — and honestly, it’s been harder than I expected to feel like I’m doing enough.

But this season’s strength isn’t measured in reps or load. It’s learning to rest and trust my body.

The journey never looks how I imagine it will, but I’m deeply grateful for the ride.

PS: the bump is much more formidable in person 🤰

Baby (Peanut) Evergreen coming May 2026 💝

I never imagined I’d be here.
But I can’t imagine being anywhere else. Growing our little family feels like the greatest adventure yet.

Our “babymoon” in Tahiti was filled with sunshine and saltwater.
Peanut already shares our love for wandering the world and chasing wonder. 🌴✨

Binge K-dramas and carb-load like it’s rehab—because emotional plot twists and starch are the best cure for post-travel blues.
Next order:
Move to Chicago—where deep-dish pizza heals the soul, the wind works you harder than any trainer, and farming might just be the plot twist my life needs.
