1-1:45pm
2-2:45pm

Class size maxed at 5 per.
Covering appropriate:
Development and a foundation in strength training.
Begin Training for power.
Establish an understanding of resistance training

Sign up is easy. Just let us know which classes you would like to book. We will set up your account book your child into class and you can finish the set up online or in person.

Happiest of Halloween to all of you guys.

We had a wonderful evening. Hulk smashed lots of candy at the end of the night, and our young zombie doctor was definitely a terrifying fast type. We cover a lot of ground.

Next year we are going to trade in our pumpkin bucket, for a pillow case.

So much fun. I hope you all had a wonderful evening as well!!!
