Quick fixes are like using duct tape & zip ties to hold on your bumper! It will look good from afar but when you look closely, nothing has really changed! Your bumper is still falling off!
(I may or may not have ripped my bumper off my car when I was 19 🤣)
Seriously though, I have been the girl that did the wraps (if you are going to an event these are great!), I have been the girl that cut out ALL carbs & got super skinny (only to put back on the lbs & some more once I reintroduced them), I have been the girl that spent HOURS on HOURS at the gym (only to feel exhausted the rest of the day!)
The reason those things worked till they didn’t is because they aren’t sustainable! They weren’t reattaching the parts that were broken but instead they were slapping some duct tape & zip ties to make it look like I had my 💩 together!!
Over the last few years I have learned that I don’t have to give up my favorite foods, the scale is a liar, and it doesn’t take HOURS to get results!
By staying consistent, practicing mindful eating, reading personal development, and leaning into my community slowly but surely I am reattaching that bumper!
