With an amazing coaching staff ready to bring high energy every session, our goal is to help each goalie elevate their understanding of the position both on and off the ice. Today started with dialing in our edges and body structure through every movement 👷‍♀️👷‍♂️🔥

Focus points:
🎯 Lead with your eyes and lock onto your target
🤚 Hands, shoulders, and stick open to the puck before each push (Hands in front of pants and body)
⚡️ Set your feet quickly into a ready, balanced stance at every puck
🙈🙉🙊 Shoulders over knees, knees over toes

Building strong habits, clean movement, and controlled details every session 💪🔥
