The Simple Self Defense training system aims to teach those who are untrained at fighting how to defend themselves against a larger attacker, multiple attackers, and weapons in a short amount of time. Reality based classes focus on real life situations, attacks, or any other real life altercation. The techniques are not for sport competition, there are no rules, and no forbidden techniques. Most o

f the techniques are designed for maximum impact with minimal training in situations where the defender may be threatened by serious harm or loss of life. what makes this class different is that it uses the psychology of of human behavior to develop pro-active strategies that complement the physical techniques.
