As a non-profit, low-cost program, our mission is to make high-level flag football accessible to all families while keeping the game competitive and exciting.
Our league follows the Olympic-style format that will be showcased in the upcoming 2028 Olympic Games, featuring fast-paced, non-contact play that emphasizes speed, skill, and football IQ. This style is built around a 5-on-5 format with no linemen, creating more touches, more action, and more opportunities for every athlete on the field.
We are proud to offer 4 divisions of a coed format, promoting inclusivity and teamwork while giving both boys and girls the chance to compete together and grow their love for the game.
To ensure fairness and competitive balance, all teams are draft-based, allowing us to evenly distribute talent and create parity across the league. This keeps every game competitive, engaging, and development-focused.
