Congrats to both squads for putting together championship runs. You earned it.

Big thank you to every team that came out and competed this season. Week after week you all showed up, battled, and helped make Civil War one of the best leagues around. We appreciate every player, captain, official, and fan who was a part of it.

We’re already looking ahead to the next one.

Civil War 7.0 kicks off August 16th in Poway, and we can’t wait to get everyone back on the field. Whether you’re running it back, bringing a new squad, or looking to make a title run, we’ll see you there.

🏈Civil War 7.0 kicks off!
As always, we will cater to the best interest of our flag football community.
📆The dates are a little whacky, as we will be taking off two consecutive weeks in observance of Labor Day weekend and also the International Flag League San Diego tournament.

🤜🏽🤛🏽We want ALL the competition from the other local leagues. Come play with us, no conflict of interests, no directors playing, no referees participating, just transparent competition. We are small but mighty, & our little league is ready for all the comp coming.
Tag those captains who have yet to test themselves outside the B Leagues.

As we wrap up another incredible weekend of football, we just want to say thank you to every team that competed.

A special thank you to the teams that traveled from out of town to be here. We know the commitment it takes to hit the road for a tournament, and we’re truly grateful you chose to compete with us.

Every game brought intensity, sportsmanship, and outstanding competition.
Thank you to every team that registered and helped make this tournament one to remember. Your support of On The Clock Sports means more than you know, and we appreciate each of you for being a part of another successful weekend.

The wait is over… one of the most competitive flag football leagues is making its return this summer. If you know, you know 😤

🏈 Shotgun Sunday’s: Civil War Sundays 6.0
Format: 6 Man OTCS RULES
📍 Poway High School + Mt. Carmel High School
🗓️ May 31st | June 7th | June 14th | June 28th | July 12th
⏰ 12PM–5PM

💥 What to expect:
• Double headers every week
• Weekly game highlights 🎥
• Gold & Silver divisions
• Championship rings for the winners 💍

💰 Fees:
• $275 Team Fee
• $80 Individual Player
• $50 deposit locks your team in (goes toward fee)

⚠️ Deadline: May 22nd, 2026
Late fee applies after deadline

The Prospects Youth Flag Football League is built for the next generation of athletes—focused on development, competition, and opportunity in a fun, inclusive environment. As a non-profit, low-cost program, our mission is to make high-level flag football accessible to all families while keeping the game competitive and exciting.

Our league follows the Olympic-style format that will be showcased in the upcoming 2028 Olympic Games, featuring fast-paced, non-contact play that emphasizes speed, skill, and football IQ. This style is built around a 5-on-5 format with no linemen, creating more touches, more action, and more opportunities for every athlete on the field.

We are proud to offer 4 divisions of a coed format, promoting inclusivity and teamwork while giving both boys and girls the chance to compete together and grow their love for the game.

To ensure fairness and competitive balance, all teams are draft-based, allowing us to evenly distribute talent and create parity across the league. This keeps every game competitive, engaging, and development-focused.

Big congratulations to our Gold Division Champions – Pericos and our Silver Division Champions – Freaks of Nature! 💪🔥

Both teams showed up and proved why they’re at the top of their divisions. Nothing but respect for the grind, the battles, when teams choose easier leagues and routes to championships.

We also want to give a huge thank you to all the teams who participated this season. You made it competitive, intense, and created an amazing atmosphere every single Sunday. This is what the league is all about. 🙌
