Hitting the gym hard is only half the battle; most progress comes from the time spent outside the gym. Think to yourself how am I progressing outside the gym; if your eating Wendys and sleeping 3 hours a night you've already lost half the battle.

World Gym time....squats today. Pro Squat tip: Lock down the lats, bend that bar around your shoulders and your numbers will instantly increase.
