SkiJETA We seek to continually improve the caliber of athletes by working with coached teams around the country to run events professionally and safely.

The Junior Events Tour of the Americas (JETA) was established by coaches and parents to organize and expand national and regional junior freeskiing events that will provide young athletes opportunities for personal growth. We were created because freeskiing athletes, program coordinators, parents and big mountain coaches wanted to expand the competitive opportunities available to junior athletes.

The International Freeskiers Association (IFSA) is introducing a new North American Championship Series including national and regional junior freeskiing events to serve the dramatic expansion in interest. The IFSA asked JETA to help develop this series by organizing, promoting and running competitive freeskiing events that are consistent with the IFSA’s mission and overall guidelines. All JETA events are sanctioned by the IFSA.

We at JETA are extremely saddened by the news of Trempeleau's recent passing. Our thoughts are with his family and friends, we are sorry for your loss. We will miss him on the slopes.

The IFSA community and team is heartbroken with the passing of standout junior athlete Trempealeau Morninglight. Our hearts go out to his family, friends, and teammates.
