4 quad exercises I never skip… 🫣 even though I’d love to skip the 1st forever lol

important thing to note when trying to grow your quads is you WANT to break parallel with squats, not just meet it. going past parallel hits your quads more. that’s why I add a plate under my feet on goblet squats to help with this 👏🏼

back + biceps:
1. lat pull downs: 4x8-10
2. bent over rows: 3x 8
2b. inverted rows: 3x6-8
3. face pulls: 3x15
4. cable curls: 3x10
5. db iso curls: 3x10 ea

bonus: add 15 min on the stairs after, level 6-8

POV: you turned a dream into a movement. ✨

When I first started my fitness journey, it felt lonely.

I craved having a community of women who genuinely loved training, pushing themselves, showing up consistently, and becoming the best version of themselves together. I wanted friendships built around growth. A team atmosphere you could feel through the screen. Somewhere that felt motivating, supportive, and bigger than just workouts.

Truthfully, that’s what even pushed me into social media in the first place.

Fast forward to becoming a trainer in 2015 and building what is now the BUILT Brand… that vision never left me. If anything, it fueled the fire even more.

And now, seeing what this team has become is something I’ll never take for granted. Every single member brings something special to this community. The energy, support, accountability, encouragement, friendships… THAT is what makes this team what it is today.

Launching spin inside the Monthly BUILD feels so full circle for me. Now getting to bring that into this community alongside strength training, nutrition, mindset, and everything we’ve built together feels incredibly special.

This is more than an app.
More than workouts.
