Rüfüs Du Sol, bravo 👏🏼 What a production 🪩✨🎇

It brings me so much joy to watch artists do what they do live. Feeling the music rather than just hearing it will forever excite me.

I kept thinking about how many hours of practice, preparation, creativity & persistence went into putting on a show like this, then selling out a 40,000 seat stadium at Petco Park. There is something really special about watching people take a dream that probably sounded a little crazy at one point & turn it into something that thousands of people get to experience together.

In other fun memories… Shelby & I got asked if we are twins & honestly, it would be a lie if we said no 😂 We’ve been chasing dance floors together for a long time now…

Following it consistently until you see the results is the second & final step.

That gap between knowing what to do & actually doing it is exactly where I come in.

Most people already know they should move more, strength train, eat enough protein, get their steps in, & prioritize recovery. The challenge isn’t knowing. It’s staying consistent when life gets busy.

Maybe accountability is missing. Maybe your schedule makes workouts feel impossible. Maybe you’re so busy you forget to eat, aren’t prepared so you end up grabbing takeout, or you’ve been putting in the work but still aren’t seeing the changes you’re after.
