🎵 This Week in FunFitLand: Press Play, Pick Your Pace 🎵
Hey FunFitLanders! This week’s lineup starts on a lighter note and then keeps building from there. There’s a cheerful new CombatFit workout with two brand-new scenes, a punchy upper-body session with nonstop energy, a wild R.I.P sequel, and two Groove sessions that keep things easy, smooth, or nicely focused depending on what you’re in the mood for. A really nice spread this week. Here’s what’s new 👇
🌊 Hit Play (11 min · Light)
A simple, feel-good combat workout that starts easy and gradually builds into basic boxing combos. It’s light, friendly, and a great way to settle into rhythm without overthinking anything. This one also brings in two amazing new scenes — Blue Lagoon, Rangiroa and Sella Group, Italy — which add even more of that fresh, easygoing atmosphere.

🦵 Knee Up (12 min · Medium)
A knee-lift-focused GrooveFit workout that puts more attention on the core, hip flexors, and rotational muscles. One nice thing about this one is that it can work standing or seated, which gives it a little more flexibility depending on how you want to approach it. A good pick if you’ve been enjoying knee-focused movement and want a workout built around it.

🥊 Champion Heat (14 min · Medium)
This one keeps the punches coming with simple, repeatable combos and a lot of upper-body work. The music has a big group-fitness feel, and the energy stays high the whole way through.

⚡ 10 MIN R.I.P 2 (12 min · Intense)
The sequel is here, and it does not calm down. Fast, explosive, and pretty relentless from start to finish, this one keeps the energy high and the breaks basically nonexistent.
🎯 Best for: Intense cardio, explosive movement, short high-energy sessions
☀️ Easy Groove 3 (14 min · Light)
A light Groove workout with an open, breezy feel to it. Arms up, easy rhythm, and movement that feels relaxed in the best way. This is the kind of session that works well on lower-energy days when you still want to move and come out feeling better than when you started.
🎯 Best for: Light cardio, relaxed groove days, easy feel-good movement
✨ A nice mix this week! It's easy to enter, easy to scale, and with a few workouts ready to turn the energy all the way up.
