🎵 This Week in FunFitLand: Press Play, Pick Your Pace 🎵
Hey FunFitLanders! This week’s lineup starts on a lighter note and then keeps building from there. There’s a cheerful new CombatFit workout with two brand-new scenes, a punchy upper-body session with nonstop energy, a wild R.I.P sequel, and two Groove sessions that keep things easy, smooth, or nicely focused depending on what you’re in the mood for. A really nice spread this week. Here’s what’s new 👇
🌊 Hit Play (11 min · Light)
A simple, feel-good combat workout that starts easy and gradually builds into basic boxing combos. It’s light, friendly, and a great way to settle into rhythm without overthinking anything. This one also brings in two amazing new scenes — Blue Lagoon, Rangiroa and Sella Group, Italy — which add even more of that fresh, easygoing atmosphere.
🎯 Best for: Light cardio, boxing basics, good-mood movement
🦵 Knee Up (12 min · Medium)
A knee-lift-focused GrooveFit workout that puts more attention on the core, hip flexors, and rotational muscles. One nice thing about this one is that it can work standing or seated, which gives it a little more flexibility depending on how you want to approach it. A good pick if you’ve been enjoying knee-focused movement and want a workout built around it.
🎯 Best for: Core work, hip flexors, rotational strength
🥊 Champion Heat (14 min · Medium)
This one keeps the punches coming with simple, repeatable combos and a lot of upper-body work. The music has a big group-fitness feel, and the energy stays high the whole way through.
🎯 Best for: Cardio, upper-body endurance, repeatable punch combos
⚡ 10 MIN R.I.P 2 (12 min · Intense)
The sequel is here, and it does not calm down. Fast, explosive, and pretty relentless from start to finish, this one keeps the energy high and the breaks basically nonexistent.
🎯 Best for: Intense cardio, explosive movement, short high-energy sessions
☀️ Easy Groove 3 (14 min · Light)
A light Groove workout with an open, breezy feel to it. Arms up, easy rhythm, and movement that feels relaxed in the best way. This is the kind of session that works well on lower-energy days when you still want to move and come out feeling better than when you started.
🎯 Best for: Light cardio, relaxed groove days, easy feel-good movement
✨ A nice mix this week! It's easy to enter, easy to scale, and with a few workouts ready to turn the energy all the way up.

Hey FunFitLanders! For a long time, we’ve heard something very clear from this community: Sometimes, working out feels better when you know someone else is showing up too. And sometimes, you don’t want to push harder. You just want a beautiful place to slow down, breathe, enjoy a quiet moment, and simply be.
This update is our first big step toward both.
FunFitLand is no longer just a place to work out alone — it’s becoming a space to move, connect, and simply be.
With the new Activity Feed, you can follow fellow members and see real movement happening around you — the workouts they complete and Love, the achievements they earn, and the goals they reach. Your own moments can be seen and celebrated too: receive Kudos and feel supported by people moving alongside you.
With Space, FunFitLand now has a new kind of experience. No pressure. No goals. Just beautiful places where you can slow down, enjoy solitude, reset, and simply be for a while.
We also rebuilt the way you start workouts, so you can view more details, check tags, and choose whether to skip the warm-up before you begin.
And for shared-headset users, Multiple Profiles are now easier to manage, with profile renaming, profile pictures, and profile removal.
This update was shaped by your feedback, your testing, and the way you’ve helped us understand what FunFitLand can become. Try it out and let us know how it feels — especially Activity Feed and Space. We’re excited to keep building this next chapter with you. 🙌

This week’s new drops have a lot of continuity to them in different ways — wave patterns that keep building, strikes that link together, core work driven by rhythm, breath-led movement, and one very fast session that cuts straight through the middle of it all. Here’s what’s new this week 👇
🌊 Battle Rope Lab: Waves (15 min · Medium)
A battle rope workout built around wave drills, rope combinations, and steady full-body work that keeps you moving the whole time. A good next step if you want to build control and endurance while keeping the movement dynamic.
🎯 Best for: Battle rope coordination, cardio, rhythm, full-body endurance
💥 Abs Rhythm Blast 3 (14 min · Intense)
A fast-moving core workout with changing directions, quick combos, and lots of movement packed into a short window. It keeps the abs involved from multiple angles.
🎯 Best for: Core training, intense cardio, full-body coordination
🔄 Swing & Strike (12 min · Medium)
This one is built around connected movement, where strikes, ducks, and rotations all feed into one another. There’s a strong sense of continuity to it, especially through the shoulders and lower back, and the whole session feels less like separate actions and more like one long phrase.

🌿 Qi Gong 3 (13 min · Light)
A quiet FlowFit session centered on breath, attention, and the four basic principles of Qi: floating, sinking, spreading, and gathering. The pace is calm, but there’s a lot to tune into, both physically and mentally.

⚡ 5 MIN FAST BURNING 12 (6 min · Intense)

Some classes throw you straight into the action, while others stay more grounded but still carry a strong sense of rhythm, progression, and atmosphere. Altogether, it’s a lineup with a lot of movement—and a little more story than usual.

This one pulls you in almost immediately. The timing is sharp, the cinematic soundtrack sets the tone right away, and the whole workout feels like a chase scene that keeps building.

🗡️ Flying Daggers 2 (13 min · Medium)
A return to the cinematic world of Flying Daggers, inspired by the grandeur and grace of classic kung-fu films. With flowing shapes, controlled power, and a sense of story running through the movement, this session feels like stepping back into a warrior journey for a few songs. Rich in atmosphere and full of character, it brings that same martial-arts spirit into a new chapter.
