Meet Miss !
We just finished our first coaching call on this beautiful Sunday afternoon☀️. The first call is such an important piece of the process. 1️⃣ We’re able to review their injury history, so we can tailor the warm up, workouts, and cool down exercises to the individual and her needs. 2️⃣ We’re able to discuss our principles, which apply throughout the entirety of our program and the mother’s pregnancy. 3️⃣ We’re able to teach every exercise in depth, learning the correct posture, breathe, and movement ques. 4️⃣ Last but not least, Q & A time! Every mother and her experiences are unique. Communication is key.🔑
We’re looking forward to the next workout as we prep Natalia for her Third Trimester! It’s a little hot in Arizona right now! We encourage everyone to hydrated, stay moving, and stay home as much as you can!

Fun fact. No amount of coaching/education can drill the importance of posture like experiencing a pregnancy or experiencing a pair of broken ribs. 5 months into my preparation for this program, I had 2 broken in a freak accident. Ended up being a blessing in disguise (the most painful blessing, but one nonetheless). Without the greater awareness of spine/shin congruency, and valuable breathing techniques we practice, my body would be a mess right now. Whether you’re a male or female, this serves as a testament to our principles. Once good habits are formed, they stay with you forever.💯
