Age is just a number! Although the past 2.5 years has been injury after another. I heal, I conquer, I grow, I adapt, and I reinvent myself everytime. Currently in at about 270 # and about to start that journey back down to 240 #. Not setting a time frame, just going with the flow and being happy, enjoying life, never sacrificing while I do it.
