IB Walkin' is a senior walking group aimed to increase mobility and strength and improve quality of life through guided walks around Imperial Beach and the surrounding areas.

These seniors dedicated their Monday and Wednesday mornings to tackling inactivity and isolation by getting their steps in as a team, making new friends, and promoting their health and well-being one step at a time.🚶‍♀️‍➡️
