Open Only To Adult Students and Parents.

This is the first challenge we have done to hopefully motivate some of the students and parents to be a little better...physically, and mentally.

Do the hard things! Daily. It's something I try to do and live by each day in hopes I inspire my kids andorhers around me.

Jesus asked us to serve, and this is the best way I know how.

If you have been wanting to get after it and jump start your workout goals, let's do it together and let me help you.

My goal for 2024 was to help our awesome Sensei and Friend, Andrew, get healthy and jacked. I wanted to extend that to our gym as well. Us parents might be old, but we can still get after it.

Tuesday and Thursday this month from 9a-10a.

We are open to adding more little heroes to our current class.

We are also open to adding another session or two during the week. Let us know what would work best and we can look onset something up.

What do you do in your free time?

This came up in morning bible study.

The overarching question was:
Are you a dad, or a Godly dad?

Supplemental question was:
How is your prayer life?

The challenge:
Refocus your eyes on Yah, and pray for His guidance as you father your children.

This can obviously be applied to moms, but we do understand each parent has a unique role, and neither one can replace the other.
