Who’s next to come hang out with Santana, learn about horses, get comfortable handling them, and feel the calm healing effect they have on us?

Once we groom her and you get to know her we get to go to the arena and turn her out, which is when we go in with her and encourage her to trot and canter a bit. She loves it! And she’s not shy to ask to be done. She walks up with her cute little face 🐴🥰 If you’re okay with getting messy, we can give her a bath afterwards 🤩💦

I wanted to let all of my coaching clients know that I am taking an opportunity opportunity that I’ve been given to work with Deepak Chopra and all of his amazing teammates, on his sales team.

But! I’m still here for you. I will be moving phone calls, Zooms and Equine therapy to evenings and Weekends.

I’ve also created a course you can take online! It covers how to pivot to a positive place in a time of crisis, deal with challenging life situations including family and work, as well as shifting language for a better outcome, manifestation, mediation and more!

I saw this and had to share because I couldn’t have said it better myself! This is exactly why I have my horse Santana help me with coaching people through really hard times. Her energy is so healing.

I am creating a group of parents who have the responsibility of kids who have mental health issues or learning disabilities- so the parents can get away to have some me time. It’ll be outdoor, picnic style, with time to be loved on my mare Santana, connect with other parents who get it, be in the sunshine and just heal and relax. There will be coaching for the group, and individual as you’re with Santana. It’s only $89 for the afternoon, everything included! Date TBA based on number of participants.

I’ve helped many people locally go from having so life vision to creating their perfect harmony of money, self confidence and self care, and healthy relationships!

I am fully indulged in an audio book by Deepak Chopra, MD., called “Abundance,” and he is speaking about a lot the mind and how we can learn to have deep awareness to our relationship with money (and a lot of things).

He mentioned self sufficiency and how it is is feeling independent inside- True self sufficiency means to follow your core values, not give in to other people’s opinion about you and knowing without a doubt that you are ENOUGH.

He also mentions something majorly important to create change in your story- being responsible versus a victim. He says, “When you blame people and outside forces, you are giving away your personal power. Taking responsibility for your own life is empowering. It puts you in contact with the things that need changing INSIDE yourself. And therefore you open the way for change ti
happen. Giving up responsibility keeps you stuck as a victim.”
