❌ QUICK FIXES ✅ DEEP WORK

I see so often people (myself included) getting stuck in the self-awareness loop: KNOWING more, LEARNING more, getting so good at INTELLECTUALIZING your emotions that it might feel like you’re progressing, but actually… it’s more of a clever way of standing still.

In order to actually change the pattern, we need to go deep down into the body and shift things from the root level. And it’s almost impossible to do it by just *knowing better* (we would otherwise have lots of smart, mature, and healed people walking around feeling good about themselves and the life they're living).

Instead of quick fixes, we should be looking into how to change things on a somatic level.

We need to rewire the nervous system and bring it back to a safe baseline, instead of catching the next best “regulation” tool that will make us feel better for a short amount of time.

We need to take time to implement and integrate our insights we've gained along the way, and that... TAKES TIME.

And yet, that’s the work that not many are willing to do.

It's human nature to want to skip steps and get to the "end goal" as fast as possible.

And yet, here you are - which tells me that you're the one actually committed to changing the patterns from the inside out. To take their time and let the work sink in. Deeeeep into the cells where they become a permanent part of you.

And for that - I applaud you 😌👏🏼

APRIL RECAP 🪇✨

First of all... Part of me is absolutely flabbergasted that I've turned 35 (I remember a younger me who thought that wow, this is such a grown up age!) and another part of me is so proud that we're rocking this earth and doing 35 justice (I'm looking at you, millenials 🪩).

I've also really grown to admire, love, and appreciate the sense of belonging and being surrounded my a community that allows me to feel *at home* - especially after years of solo-traveling the world 🥹💛

Grateful for not only one, but two birthday celebrations (which were pretty much alcohol-free & sober and enjoyed with moctails, except a glass of prosecco because and 💁‍♀️)

I'm also about to hard launch the upcoming KEHA somatic healing retreat here in Cyprus at the beginning of November 2026 (eeeeeekkk, so friggin' excited for this - it's going to be a blend of deep somatic work with lots of island fun and laughter)!!

And we also had yet another beautiful & intimate somatic circle here in Paphos, focusing on the topic of forgiveness this time around 🫶🏼

I've been feeling more alive and inspired than I've felt for monthsssss. Hence why I've also been somewhat slow here in the online world. It's a bittersweet tug of war - on one hand I love to be able to connect and share and embrace the creativity this platform allows us to have, yet on the other hand... I'm exhausted by the constant busy-ness, rules, demands, and content farming the social media landscape inevitably pushes onto us.

Well, this is life. A balanced dance between the ebb and the flow 🌊

Thank you for being here. Thank you everyone who remembered, who sent their beautiful messages, who called, who sang, who celebrated with me. You made me feel seen, cared for, and oh so loved.
