TEARS ARE MEDICINE (also love my job 🤘🏼) >>>

Ok you've heard this about a million times by now (hopefully), but here I go again:

emotions are energy in *motion*

Which meaaans... when we have suppressed a great amount of that energy over the years and stuck them deeeeep down into the body (that's where the "issues are in the tissues" saying comes from 🙂‍↕️) they will bring about some very clear physical release once they are allowed to move again.

Tears are simply one very clear signs of that.

It's literally energy moving... aka emotions doing their thanggg 🤌🏼

It's like you've trapped a scream into a jar decades ago and closed the lid... only to find the courage and tools now years later to open up the lid and empty the damn jar 🫙
..the scream is just a sign that it's *working* and that the trapped energy is being released.

On a personal note... I'm also deeply in love with seeing people expanding their capacity to hold both the goodness & love, but also the heavier emotions such as disappointment & fear...and seeing the beauty and grace in them both 🥹

We literally become so f-in powerful and free once we master our emotions & the way we experience our inner worlds 🫳🏼🎤

3 important reminders I'm taking with me this week:

1. the more calm I am the more money I make (the more at peace I am the more I'm signaling to my nervous system that I'm SAFE + the more magnetic I become)

2. joy & excitement are essential life force energy and I have to prioritize it like my life (and success) depends on it

3. we are in relationship with everything in life (inside & outside), through which we are constantly learning about who we are and who we want to become

Guiding people back home into their bodies and doing this for living has been honestly a dream... yet it's also a path that I am not taking lightly or for granted.

Grateful and honored for each and every one of you who have trusted me to be there for you, to hold space, to witness, to listen... and to show you a different way.

Unfortunately, not all of us have had the chance to learn what healthy love and attachment feels like.

Some of us have been taught not to trust human connection.

Some of us have needed to grow up a little too early.

Some of us have learned that control and hyper-indepedence is the thing that keeps them safe.

Yet... Each and every one of us deserves to feel loved - and most often we need to learn to give that to ourselves (which can be a weirdly difficult thing if all you have known is the opposite).

But with a little bit of help and the right kind of guidance - it is (oh so) available for us 😌

We just have to tap into the right reservoir...and learn to fully be present with our own inner world (cuz that sh*t can be scary af).

...not to worry as we will be doing both in the KEHA Somatic Retreat 💅

We'll be digging deep into the depths of our soul & bodies, learn to be held, seen, and witnessed (and the immense healing that comes purely from that alone),

we'll enjoy everything this beautiful island has to offer: from breathtaking sunset to Mediterranean cuisine to crystal blue waters and slow living,

and most importantly we're going to have the time of our lives through carefully crafted activities that will make us feel alive and connected with the childlike joy within.
