We are headed to Elm Creek Marina on OH Ivie next week for a couple days chasing monsters LM Bass. We are doing a scouting trip for potentially bringing our corp groups here in the future. Always need new destinations to keep the group excited about catching giant bass. This will be our first trip to this lake so wish us luck!!! 🎣🙏🏻

For those that dont know yet, we have moved from San Diego Ca. to East Texas. We are close to Lake Fork and this will be my home lake. I will be learning and fishing multiple lakes in this area as they are everywhere. Some big and some small but most if not all are loaded with LM Bass. 🎣
We are in preparation mode for our 2026 Corporate group trips. We are scouting a new lake for potentially future group trips as we head to OH Ivie the first week of February. This is a quick 4 day trip with 2 days of guided fishing.
Another new location is the next stop for this years 11th Annual McCarthy Spring Bass Invitational. We are headed to Lake Okeechobee and staying at Roland Martins Marina in Clewiston FL. This should be an exciting start to our 2026 trip schedule. Cant wait.
Our 13th Annual McCarthy Summer Bass Classic trip will be heading to Lake Fork Marina again so that should be exciting as well.
I will continue doing my 3 day Saltwater tuna trip in San Diego at the end of Aug aboard the Royal Polaris.
Then comes our Cast & Blast trip to Hardin Montana at Eagle Nest Lodge where we get to do guided upland bird hunting & Flyfishing on the Bighorn river. Looking forward to all these excellent networking trips. Hope everyone has a safe and fun year!!!

FinsNFeathers is heading to Montana for annual McCarthy Cast & Blast. Our group of 14 will be flyfishing on the Big Horn river and hunting pheasant , grouse & turkey. Missed this trip last year so Im excited to be headed to the Eagle Nest Lodge. This trip is one of my favorites.

We just finished up our 7th annual Contractors Summer Tuna Challenge on the Royal Polaris out of Fishermans Landing in San Diego. This years fishing was a little slower than previous years but we still had a pretty decent trip thanks to the captain and crew. Congrats to John Maxim on his jackpot win with a 75 lb BF tuna.

This was our June trip to Lake Fork in Texas. FinsnFeathers Outdoor Adventures will be relocating to Texas in August. We will be near the Lake Fork area. Our plan is to continue offering our corporate group networking trips as we work to develop other exciting hunting and fishing opportunities. We already have 5 group networking trips planned for 2026. Lake Okeechobee in Florida, Lake El Salto in Mexico, Lake Fork in Texas, Royal Polaris in San Diego and Eagle Nest Lodge in Montana. We will begin to offer daily bass guided fishing trips on Lake Fork as we learn the area. So stay tuned for some exciting changes coming in 2026.

We finished up our 12th Annual McCarthys Summer Hookem & Holdem Bass/Poker tournament at Anglers Inn on Lake EL Salto. It was an epic trip this year!!!

Its just about go time for our trip to Montana. McCarthys 2nd Annual Cast & Blast at Eagles Nest Lodge in Hardin Montana. Group of 14 going for some Pheasant hunting and fly fishing.

It was an epic trip this year for the 11th Annual McCarthy Hookem&Holdem Bass/Poker Tournament held at Anglers Inn on lake El Salto each June.

We are heading back down to EL Salto on Weds with a group of 38 people from McCarthy Building Companies and a bunch of sub-contractors from various trades. This is the 11th Annual Hookem & Holdem Bass/Poker Tournament. Always a great time and some great bass fishing out of Anglers Inn.
