This project definitely went through a few design revisions, but that's part of creating a backyard that truly works for the homeowner's lifestyle. With a challenging triangular-shaped lot, every inch had to be carefully planned and maximized.

• 18" raised deck behind the pool
• Extended masonry bench with fire pit
• Existing back door replaced with a ~17' folding glass door
• Putting green
• Raised planter and vegetable garden boxes

• New 8' wide welcoming entry walkway

Challenging project!
The side yard had a triangular shape, restrictive setbacks, and we still needed to fit a 450-square-foot pool and spa, plus a BBQ area with a return bar and a covered structure.
Without 4K Aluminum products and engineering, this project simply wouldn’t have been possible.
Monaco Luxury Pools designed the entire project around this concept to make it happen.
We ended up with a 270-square-foot structure featuring a 27-foot-long by 16-foot cantilever… and yes — absolutely no front posts!
The structure includes electric louvers and a full extruded aluminum system that will be powder coated for durability and finish.
We’ll post the rest of the project in another video!

One of the biggest challenges in custom outdoor construction today is finding the right balance between design vision, functionality, and real-world construction budgets.

On the Prophet construction project, alongside Morton Design Group, there was zero room for error.
Wait until the sun goes down… 🌅
That’s when the precision work begins.
Dialing in elevations with the laser level 📐 to ensure every line and level is exactly where it needs to be.
Small adjustments now = perfect results later.
California Tile absolutely nailed this installation—didn’t miss a spot.

This custom-designed pool and hardscape, created in collaboration with Morton Design Group & CH Anderson custom home builder, blends architectural elegance with resort-style living. The centerpiece is a dramatic negative-edge pool with a submerged spa, seamlessly integrated so the spa mode appears at the touch of a button.

Surrounding the pool, the hardscape features natural stone, modern decking, built by M.L.P and lush landscaping that frame the outdoor space as an extension of the home. The design maximizes the property’s unique layout while delivering a refined, private retreat for relaxation and entertainment.

This project reflects the highest standards of craftsmanship, elevating both the lifestyle and long-term value of the residence.

Nice remodeling and upgrade for this San Clemente project. Beside the pool & spa, living/relaxing space been added to maximize the back and side yard. Masonry bench, firepit, fireplace, large structure with electrics louvers from "4K Aluminum"....Landscape/lighting installed by our friend Lindsey with landscape solutions oc inc.

A little while ago we did this project in San Clemente. We went more than 10 feet in the slope in order to maximize the space, bringing us massive retaining walls. The rest is good work ethic to ending up with a nice project...
