How are your gym hygiene habits?

➡️ Wash your hands (This should be universal by now!)

➡️ If you wear it, WASH it. Don't skip the wash on your gi's, rash guards, jerseys, leotards, socks and more.
➡️ Take care of your wounds. You'll want to cover up any open wounds to avoid infections. Also, avoid whirlpools and saunas with any open wounds to keep others safe too.
➡️ Keep personal items just that, personal! Don't share towels, soaps, razors, luffas, water bottles.
