FIT4MOM North San Antonio gives women the "Strength for Motherhood" by providing classes and support for moms in every stage of motherhood. Through Fit4Baby's prenatal fitness classes, Stroller Strides, Body Back, and Our Village, women have the opportunity to have a workout and support that is flexible around motherhood.

2000s Throwback Class prep is happening! 💿✨ And I had the sweetest two little helpers by my side.

One of my favorite parts of being a small business owner is getting to include my family in the fun—the behind-the-scenes, the big moments, and even the little jobs that make an event special.

And it feels especially fitting to celebrate 25 years of FIT4MOM with my boys because FIT4MOM was created from the beautiful commonality of motherhood—bringing our kiddos along, finding community, and growing together.

The first 40 mamas tomorrow will get a special swag bag, lovingly prepared by a San Antonio mama and her two sweet boys. 💙

FIT4MOM is celebrating 25 years this month! 🎉 While our team hasn’t been around for all 25, we’ve sure grown a LOT along the way - personally, as instructors and play group captains, as moms, as families, and most importantly, as a village. ❤️
