💥Common mistakes when losing weight💥
If you have done any of mistakes, let’s learn together how to fix them! Drop a “💪🏻” and we can chat!
1️⃣Doing way too many hours of cardio! We don’t need to be spending so much time on it. Yes cardio does aid in weight loss, and yes you will lose the weight, but you will have no muscle to help you❗️
2️⃣Eating too little! This will slow down your metabolism and inhibit you from losing weight further down the road. A deficit shouldn’t be extreme unless a Dr is monitoring you. Your body will adapt to the low calories, and you will have to keep lowering them to lose more weight! Which will not be fun or sustainable!
3️⃣Not lifting weights❗️ We need muscle to be strong, healthy, and able to move for longer periods of time. Muscle is the key to long term weight loss. Why? Because Muscle helps raise our Basle Metabolic Rate! This is how many calories we burn in a day. Lifting will help raise that number, the more calories you burn with the help of muscle the more times you can eat cookies!🍪
