The Archdiocesan Parish Ministry Formation program is a 6 course program that provides comprehensive pastoral formation for those who currently serve or seek to be involved in ministries and services in the Church. This course is offered by the Mexican American Catholic College at our St. Matthew Catholic Church and CYO is honored to have provided 5 scholarships to our friends from “St. Matthew Catecismo en Español” Thank you for saying yes!.

St. Matthew is our community. It is part of who we are as a ministry and where our heart is. We are here to serve and support, and we are honored to provide a $500 scholarship for two students from SMCS to support them as they continue to grow in their faith and Catholic education.

Marcus Garcia, our St. Matthew CYO Athletic Director, presented the scholarships to Adam Gonzales and Natalia Saenz.

Congratulations to both students on receiving the St. Matthew CYO Scholarship. Your hard work, dedication, faith, and commitment to your education make our community proud. We wish you continued success as you begin this next chapter in your journey.

Behind every ballplayer is a baseball mom who thinks she should be batting cleanup and coaching third base at the same time.🤣

According to the kids:

Mom would play pitcher because she throws snacks, water bottles, and life advice all game long‼️

Mom would play catcher because she catches every attitude.💥

Mom would play shortstop because she stops us from forgetting literally everything. 🤷‍♂️

Your time, effort, and teamwork 👏made a real difference. Together we cleaned fields/complex , pressure washed areas, and helped prepare our complex for the upcoming baseball and softball season 🥎⚾️

This complex is our home 🏡 and serves hundreds of kids every year. Because of your help, it looks better and is ready for our athletes to take the field.

St Matthew is more than a sports program. It is a community that shows up for each other. 🔥

We need your help.

Our fields, playground, and facilities serve hundreds of kids every season. This complex belongs to our community. When we take care of it together, we create a place our kids feel proud to play.

Join us as we prepare the complex for the upcoming season.

Projects include
• Field preparation
• Playground cleanup
• Pressure washing
• Mulch installation
• General facility cleanup
