I used to think something was wrong with me.
Like… why am I doing all the things and still not seeing the same results
I wasn’t new to working out.
I wasn’t completely off track with food.
I wasn’t just sitting around doing nothing.
And yet… things felt harder than they used to.
If you’ve felt that shift — especially in this season — you know what I mean.
It’s frustrating in a way that’s hard to explain.
Because it makes you question yourself.
Am I not trying hard enough?
Am I missing something?
Why does this feel different now?
What I’ve come to understand (both personally and coaching other moms) is this:
Most of the time, it’s not that something is wrong with you.
It’s that your body is in a different season… and the old approach doesn’t match anymore.
Once that clicked, everything started to shift.
Not overnight. Not perfectly.
But I stopped fighting my body… and started learning it.
Maintenance isn’t about finding one perfect plan.
It’s about learning your rhythm.
Understanding how stress, sleep, hormones, and life shifts affect you…
and having a simple system of check-ins and adjustments.
You notice.
You adjust.
You stay aligned.
With who you are right now…
and who you’re becoming.
In the middle of a really full season, I’ve lost 10 pounds and inches.
But what matters more is watching other women experience that same shift.
They stop guessing.
They stop starting over.
They start to trust themselves again.
And maybe the biggest part?
They’re not doing it alone.
Because this season can feel isolating when you’re trying to figure it out by yourself.
I know for me, when I’m the only one in my corner, I struggle to find balance.
Support has always been key to my growth and change.
So I’m curious —
What’s something that used to work for you… but doesn’t anymore?
And what do you want to change… but need support to follow through?
If you’re tired of feeling stuck and guessing your way through this,
I’ve opened a few 1:1 spots and space in my coaching community.
You don’t have to figure this out alone 💛
