The purpose of the Angels Organization is to develop young men into knowledgable baseball players. I want to teach these young men the mental side of the game as well as physical aspects, while being able to compete against the best competition possible. I believe great players are created from hard work and dedication that takes time and a mentality of being able to work through adversity. My goal is not just to win but to develop players, and in turn the winning will take care of itself. My ultimate goal is to Prepare young players to be great men as well as great players." - Coach Lee
