7 Days Out to Birthday Deal 🎂

I didn't start out as a trainer. I started as someone trying to figure out this whole fitness thing, too.

I started running. I got stronger. I fell behind. Gained weight. I found CG. I became a trainer. And somewhere along the way, fitness became a much bigger part of my life than I ever expected.

But here's the part I don't want you to miss... I still have to start over sometimes.

I've gotten off track. I've lost motivation. I've had injuries. I've had seasons when life took priority and taking care of myself got harder than it should have.

So when someone tells me they're out of shape, intimidated, starting over AGAIN, or worried they won't be able to keep up...

I get it. I've been there. And sometimes I go back there.

The difference is, I've learned not to stay there. I refuse to stop.

And THAT is why I love helping people do fitness — not perfectly, not at somebody else's level, but from wherever they are right now.

You don't have to become a runner.
You don't have to love burpees. 😂
You don't even have to feel ready.

You just have to be willing to start. And if starting feels a little scary, I'll meet you there. ❤️
