We’re excited to announce our upcoming Strength & Conditioning Camp. This program is designed to help kids improve strength, conditioning, speed, coordination, and overall athletic performance while having fun in a positive and encouraging environment.

Our 1.5-hour sessions are built to complement the strength training already included in our regular kids classes and help athletes continue developing healthy habits both on and off the field.

☀️ WARRIOR PARK KIDS SUMMER PROGRAM UPDATE ☀️

We’re excited to share some BIG updates about our Warrior Park CrossFit Kids Program! 💪🏽🔥

Currently, we offer kids classes every:
📅 Monday, Tuesday & Thursday
⏰ 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM

These classes run alongside our adult classes, giving parents the option to train while their kids train OR simply drop them off for an hour of fitness, fun, and growth 🙌🏽

Starting June 1st, we’re expanding our schedule for the summer by adding:
🌞 Wednesday & Friday
⏰ 8:00 AM classes

That means families will now have FIVE DAYS A WEEK of class options with the flexibility to mix and match morning and evening sessions however works best for your schedule!

Our program is designed to help kids build:
