Come run with me! This first week has been a great start getting athletes into the routine, but it was the easiest week! Nothing but hard work to come… you can still join! Week 3 and 4 are about to kick people in the butt!! Hope to see some new face next week!

Day one in the books!
Took times for the sprinters, talked about the importance of dynamic stretches before and static stretching/cool down after, went over proper running form, and then Coach Barrow raced our first 2 boys that came out for workouts!
Great job to Noah and Jojo!
Back tomorrow for another day with the rest of our members!
It’s not too late to join!

I still have 11 sprinting positions, and and still looking to fill all 16 mid distance spots! Come out and learn how to run properly and with confidence!

Enjoyed some bbq at B Daddy’s and now enjoying the outdoors with the littles!

2 days until Blazing Lab starts and I am so excited!
