RAVE was built around a pretty simple idea: bring together people, music, art, and volleyball to create something bigger than the game. We’re here for the competition, the music, the creativity, and the energy-but most importantly, the community that comes with it.

Meet Tex - Founder of RAVE Volleyball 🔥🏐
Al nerd by day, volleyball player by night, and the guy who decided people needed more reasons to get off their screens and connect in real life.
Tex spent his 20s playing competitive recreational volleyball and loved everything that came with it-the competition, teamwork, friendships, and community. After some time away from the game, he found his way back to volleyball after COVID.
Volleyball became a way to reconnect with people, competition, and a part of himself he’d missed. But pretty quickly, just playing wasn’t enough. He wanted to create a space where people could compete, meet new friends, listen to good music, have fun, and actually feel like they were part of something.
And that idea became RAVE Volleyball.
Building RAVE is about bringing together people, music, art, and volleyball to create something that feels just as much like a community as it does a sporting event.
Music brings the energy. Art brings the creativity. Volleyball brings us together.
Meet Becca - Creative + Events Director 🏐📸
A lifelong athlete, Becca found volleyball two years ago and fell in love with the game. After an ACL + meniscus tear recently put her on the sidelines, she found another way to stay close to the sport... joining the RAVE team!
With nearly 10 years behind a camera and in creative production, she gets to combine two of her favorite things: telling stories and bringing people together through sports.
She’s passionate about the game, the community around it, and capturing the story of RAVE as it grows.
