We are getting down to the final pieces of equipment left for sale! Holding of equipment can only happen once they are prepaid for (via cash or Venmo). All equipment will be available for pick up starting Monday, June 1st!

Pricing is FIRM, and all purchases must go through in order to make sure nothing gets missed!

We made an announcement to our members Monday morning, that after a wonderful 3 1/2 years we will be closing our doors at the end of May. With our newest addition coming this summer, the Faris family is ready to start a new chapter that includes quality time with our kids & garage gym workouts. We are one of the few gyms left that are fully owned & operated as a family run business. At the end of the day, we have to do what is best for our family. We wanted to thank our members and the CF community for all of the love and support over the years🫶🏻

APRIL ATHLETE OF THE MONTH

We are excited to announce Garrett as our Top Tier Athlete of the Month! Garrett is a member of the 6:30PM crew that works hard to be the best version of himself inside and outside of the gym. He’s a man that encourages his wife as well as his friends to get better and push themselves! He’s the kind of guy that can have a rough day at work, but still brings the positive & competitive energy to any class he’s in. We are proud of you big man, keep the hard work flowing to show us how it’s done!

We are excited to announce Anastasia as our Top Tier Athlete of the Month! Ana is a bright light to the 8:15AM class, that is always cheering on her friends or even new members! Along with being an entrepreneur, Ana is also working hard to become a firefighter. She works hard to keep herself consistent in the gym while also working around her work and class schedules. Congrats on putting in all of the hard work Ana!
