The pursuit of individual success is very important in our program. The pursuit of team success is equally important. When those two ideas integrate, success is manifested.
We place a high value on data because of what it tells us, what it reveals, and how it guides our future. That allows us to orient our training, our mindset, and our progress appropriately and optimally.
I’m happy to see the growth over the last three years. As we train over the next two months, we’ll do another assessment in October as we prepare for indoor season.
Comparing this year’s October assessment with previous October assessments will help guide us, keep us accountable, and show us the optimal path into the season.
