Hi!!!! ☺️Just a gentle reminder that Community Yoga will be Closed for Labor Day Weekend.

Classes will resume Wednesday September 6th. We are really looking forward to seeing some new faces at Yoga! 🫶🏼

👋🏼Hi Community

The Wellness Center will be buzzing with activity in the coming weeks.
The faculty and staff of Saint Leo will be preparing for the upcoming fall semester and the university students will be returning soon thereafter.

Others will still be relaxing and staying cool while enjoying time in the mountains of Georgia or the Carolinas for a couple more weeks.

Either way, we are excited to welcome everyone back soon. If you have been away from yoga classes for a while, we look forward to your return. We have missed you.

Every Saturday at 9am is our weekly Strengthen & Tone class with Angie ☺️

Greet the day with positivity and joy. This vigorous session is designed to energize and rejuvenate the body; and at the end, a period of rest and relaxation is enjoyed.

Just a reminder☝🏼 You do not need a membership to attend yoga at the Wellness Center, simply register for classes online!
