Last night, I had a vivid dream that felt more like a wake-up call.
It reminded me how shame, fear, and old stories can still shape how I see myself — even when I’ve done so much healing already.
I’ve felt like a burden. Like I “should have it together” by now.
And still… I dream big. I want more. I’m building a business from soul, not shame.
And I’m not giving up.
This dream showed me:
💡 Internal work isn’t a luxury. It’s the foundation.
Without it, we keep replaying the same scenes.
With it, we finally shift the story.

Letzte Nacht hatte ich einen Traum, der sich eher wie ein Weckruf angefühlt hat.
Er hat mir gezeigt, wie sehr Scham, Angst und alte Geschichten mein Selbstbild noch prägen – obwohl ich schon so viel innere Arbeit gemacht habe.
Ich habe mich wie eine Last gefühlt. Ich dachte, mit 38 sollte ich mein Leben im Griff haben.
Und trotzdem… träume ich groß. Ich will mehr. Ich baue mir ein Business auf – aus der Seele heraus, nicht aus der Scham.
Und ich gebe nicht auf.
Dieser Traum hat mir gezeigt:
💡 Innere Arbeit ist kein Luxus. Sie ist die Grundlage.
Ohne sie wiederholen wir die gleichen Muster.
Mit ihr schreiben wir die Geschichte neu.

Mich sortieren – Emocean-Style 🌊🌀 Heute habe ich mich dabei ertappt, wie meine Gedanken Achterbahn fahren.
Ich habe mir Geschichten erzählt, die sich wahr angefühlt haben... aber nicht wirklich wahr waren.
Also habe ich mir 3 Fragen gestellt. Nicht um mich zu „reparieren“. Sondern um mich wieder bei mir selbst einzusammeln.
💖 Welche Geschichte erzähle ich mir gerade – und stimmt sie überhaupt? 💖 Was brauche ich wirklich gerade? 💖 Wenn ich wüsste, dass sich alles fügt – was würde ich als Nächstes tun?
Die Antworten haben mir den Nebel gelichtet und mich zurück in meine Mitte gebracht.

I’d been feeling heavy for days—mentally, emotionally, physically.
And then I just went for a walk. No destination. No pressure. Just me.

And slowly, I started to remember who I am.
Not a to-do list. Not a project. Just a person, walking through life.
