Plyo Workout. I usually pair this with my bench/upper workout because I don't like doing up and it just saves time to do both in the same session 😅 Would you pair this with your upper workout?? Why or why not?? What would you do differently here?? Let me know.

Remember it doesn't have to be complex or complicated. Just get to the gym and move. This workout should take about 30-40min depending on rest times and how quick you are to set up. If it takes longer that's fine. It is simply 4 exercises to hit a couple of major muscle groups. You can easily make one too. If you don't want to make one, you can use this. I hope you do and let me know what you think if you do.
