The time has come for me to pause the KineóFIT classes. As some of you have heard, soon after I started these classes last fall, an opportunity came up to see another dream fulfilled - opening Hope Springs Cafe!
We’re working to get up and running within the month, so for now, I need to focus my efforts on my family and the coffee shop.
Once we get opened up & settled into our new groove, I’ll see about starting KineóFIT classes back up again.
For those who still have $$ on their pre-pay cards, you can hang onto them for future classes or I can issue you a refund for the remainder of the amount.
Be sure to keep an eye out for any future classes or pop-ups!
