We’re excited to announce that Saltsburg Midget Football Association is hosting the Flag Shoot Out on Saturday, October 10th!

Four teams will hit the field for an afternoon of flag football in a DOUBLE ELIMINATION showdown! 🔥

Before the 7:00 PM Varsity kickoff, we’ll take time to recognize and celebrate our 6th grade football players and cheerleaders! 💙 These athletes have put in countless hours representing SMFA, and we’re excited to give them the recognition they deserve!

It’s another GAME DAY weekend for Saltsburg Midget Football & Cheer! This Saturday, our Panthers hit the road to take on the Indiana Indians!

👑💕 THE RESULTS ARE IN… AND OUR PRETTIEST COACHES HAVE BEEN CROWNED! 💕👑

After an evening filled with pink, plenty of laughs, and some VERY impressive fashion choices, the votes are officially counted! 😂💅

But the biggest win of the night was raising $220 for Westmoreland Walks, Inc.! 💗

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who tossed coins and bills into the coaches’ jars, joined in on the fun, and helped us support an organization that makes a difference for those affected by breast cancer in our community.

And, of course, a special thank you to our coaches for being such good sports. The tutus, tiaras, boas, bracelets, and questionable modeling poses were all for a great cause! 😂👑💕

Congratulations, gentlemen — your coaching records may eventually be forgotten, but these pictures are FOREVER. 📸😂

🏈💙 WHAT. A. FINISH. PANTHERS! 💙🏈

Talk about a game that came down to the wire! 😱

The Homer City Bears took a 6–0 lead in the 4th quarter, but our Panthers weren’t finished yet. With just minutes left in the game, Noah found the end zone for the TOUCHDOWN to tie it up! 🏈🔥

Then, with the game on the line, the Panthers converted the 2-point conversion to take the lead and secure the 8–6 WIN! 🙌

👏 Touchdown + 2-point conversion for Noah!

What a way to battle until the very end! This team showed heart, determination, and exactly what it means to never give up.

Our Flag Panthers were finding the end zone today! A big shoutout to Logan, Cooper, Caulder, and Santana for scoring touchdowns during today’s game! 💙🖤

These little Panthers came ready to play and gave us plenty to cheer about from the sidelines. We love watching their hard work, teamwork, and excitement every time they hit the field!
