Sundae Run The 5k with a cherry on top! Add some sprinkles and you break even for the day! We're bringing you the 5k with a cherry on top.

Run a mile - burn 100 calories
Run 3 miles - burn 300 calories

The math is simple, and we're pretty sure finishing a 5k earns you a scoop...or 2....orrrr, let's make it 3. The idea is simple, run a 5k and top off the night with family, friends and a few scoops in the park. I run, you run, we all run for ice cream.

Sundae Runners who have been dragging your feet, this race is at 6pm in the evening - such a cool way to end the day and have a fun night with the family in the park!
