Some friends encourage us to do things that don’t help us achieve our goals.

Some friends encourage us to do better by not letting us give up, pushing us to do one more set. To have bolder goals & dreams. I feel like that’s the kind of family I want and we have at TKO.

Wanted to give a shout out 🗣️ to this girl! My client that I’ve been working with since July 16th 2025. We train together twice a week. She’s made impressive gains and the #’s are proof of that.

She didn’t want to lose weight she wanted to be healthy and strong 💪🏻 as well as toned!

Her starting weight: 145lbs her weight now is 152lbs. Now remember muscle mass is heavier. 😉

Here’s where the real numbers count…Her starting body fat was 42.2 % and starting muscle mass was 23%.

Her body fat now 28.6% and muscle mass 32.2% that is AMAZING! 🤩
She set a goal for her self and she was determined to reach it. It took patience, determination and consistency. Not only did she reach her goal, She crushed it!! I am so proud of her!

For sale: 2009 Black & silver Harley Davidson XL 1200N Sportster 22,196 miles ridden. $6,000
Brand new battery thats not even a month old, replaced swing arm bolt & nut that were upgraded in the 2014 models to be safer, has loud custom cobra pipes as well as an added horn with an air compressor so that everyone hears you coming even if they don’t see you. Sounds like a semi truck horn. I wanted this bike to be loud so it was safer. Replaced the fuel valve & o-rings needed. Has an added sissy bar for the passenger. Able to be removed if want to. I’m the second owner and has been garage kept. Never laid down. This bike has power. Im sad to sale her, but I have responsibilities to my kids right now. So I’m hoping someone else can enjoy her. Don’t worry my ridding days are not over! 😉
