Wanted to give a shout out š£ļø to this girl! My client that Iāve been working with since July 16th 2025. We train together twice a week. Sheās made impressive gains and the #ās are proof of that.
She didnāt want to lose weight she wanted to be healthy and strong šŖš» as well as toned!
Her starting weight: 145lbs her weight now is 152lbs. Now remember muscle mass is heavier. š
Hereās where the real numbers countā¦Her starting body fat was 42.2 % and starting muscle mass was 23%.
Her body fat now 28.6% and muscle mass 32.2% that is AMAZING! š¤©
She set a goal for her self and she was determined to reach it. It took patience, determination and consistency. Not only did she reach her goal, She crushed it!! I am so proud of her!
