One of, if not the, hardest things to do in sports. And the crazy part is that hitting is 90% mental. If you go into an at bat mentally defeated then the chance of getting on is even slimmer. You go in 100% mentally prepared and have the athletic ability to smash a baseball. You can hit a rocket and get out. Then it goes into having the mental strength to go after your next at bat and not let the last one knock you down. One of the things I love about baseball is that it will teach you mental resilience (if you stay with it).

Crusaders Baseball Pictures from our last day of the World Series. Didn't end up how we wanted it to but the boys played hard for their dads on Father's Day. Ended up 4th place and got sent home by the team that ended up 2nd. 6 (1hr and 45 min) games in 4 days was a lot for the boys. We found areas we need to work on, but the reps and memories these boys made can never be taken from them. I know these boys will continue to work their butts off and get ready for the next world series event. EVERY SWING IS FOR THE KING!!! LETS GO CRUSADERS!!! ALL GLORY TO JESUS!!! Until next time boys. Crusaders boys facing elimination came out and played an all around great ball game. Collecting 11 hits, 11 BB's, 18 RBIs and scoring 18 runs and sending 22 batters to the plate in the 3rd inning. Big shout out to Rhett, Chance, and Bennett our 7,8,9 hitters smashing the baseball. Collected 6 of the 11 hits and drove in 10 Runs. It was a complete 1-9 lineup game. I have known 100% of the time these boys can play some baseball. LETS GO CRUSADERS!!! ALL GLORY TO JESUS!!!

These Crusaders boys arrived today for Skills events, pin trading and last but not least (LLWS goodie bags)!! These parents really came together and gave these boys a massive goodie bag of fun stuff. We have 9 boys (no pickups) & 1 Mini Coach. Just a group of boys that have been putting in work all year together to get ready for this tournament. Tomorrow we play at 8am and 10am for our first two pool play games. ALL GLORY TO JESUS!!! LETS GO CRUSADERS!!
