Barre Babies is a fitness class for parents of littles, blending fitness with family time by using stroller handles as the barre. This unique setup offers a low-impact workout with your little in tow.

Do you have a baby on the way? Don't make these mistakes!

Postpartum is a raw, vulnerable, and beautiful time. Here are some times to make these intimate weeks a little easier.

1. Build your postpartum sanctuary. Make your home a nice and cozy place to be. Minimize visits. Stay home as much as possible. Meal prep soup, Crock Pot dump meals, and easy breakfasts. Think about comfort meals that are packed with nutrients, animal-based protein, and fiber.

2. Practice breath work to restore your pelvic floor almost immediately after having your baby and build from there. We recommend you taking classes with us after you've been cleared for exercise by your provider at around 6 weeks but you should restore your body beforehand. Our sister biz can work with you 1:1 to get you started before your body is ready for group classes with Barre Babies.

3. You need your village. Consider building a support team in your first weeks postpartum. The Barre Babies community is here when you're ready to go out into the world and make new friends for you and your little!
