🏁 LOCAL PICKUP ORDERS: Ready for pickup beginning tomorrow during normal Doug Chandler Performance business hours.

We can’t thank everyone enough for the support you’ve shown DCR and our first merch drop. Seeing our gear make its way into the paddock, garages and homes of people supporting this program means a lot to all of us.

And judging by our model’s review… we’re calling it two thumbs up. 😂👍

A little look inside our weekend at VIR — the work, the conversations, the preparation, and everything in between.

This is race weekend with DCR.

VIR challenged us in more ways than one. Between the heat, humidity, a demanding track and constantly changing condition...

VIR challenged us in more ways than one. Between the heat, humidity, a demanding track and constantly changing conditions, this weekend became as much of a mental test as a physical one.

Race 2 added one more challenge — a sudden downpour followed by the Virginia heat left us trying to navigate a track that was somewhere between wet and dry. Finding confidence and pace in those conditions proved tricky, but that’s racing.

We spent much of the weekend battling around P10/P11, and while it wasn’t the weekend we came here hoping for, we leave VIR with something just as important: experience.

Another track learned. Another set of conditions experienced. More information to take back to the shop and another opportunity to identify where we can improve.

Development is a process.

We’ll take what VIR taught us, get back to work, and carry it into COTA. 👊🏁

Not quite where we want to be yet, but we made improvements and put down our fastest lap of the weekend.

Still some work to do tomorrow. Breaking into the 38s would make for a pretty good Sunday. 😏

A long, hot day at VIR and you can definitely tell it’s starting to catch up with Colton. Doug and Colton break down the session, the track, and where we landed after day one.
