We are so proud of Lily White and all that she has accomplished over the last year of working out here. She continues to show up even when she doesn’t want to or when she feels defeated. She has determination and goals! We love you Lily! Thank you for choosing us for your journery! A video of her transformation is in the comments.
Here is a little bit of her story in her own words:
“Sometimes in life we don’t like to do stuff that requires effort or that scares us simply because we don’t know what the road ahead of us will look like. That’s how I felt about starting a weightloss joinery. I was SCARED. I wasn’t sure what I was getting myself into when I agreed to go to the gym with my best friend in October 2024. I liked going to the gym but I knew this time something was going to be different about it. I wasn’t sure if my weightloss would happen or how successful I would be. A year ago this month I decided to put myself first and give this weight loss another try. Being consistent and putting effort into myself & my workouts made such a huge difference. Having my little circle of people who loves me through the ups and downs has been the biggest blessing. Not everyday has been easy. I’m not where I want to be yet. I still have a long ways to go. I’m definitely not the same girl I was this time year. I’ve lost over 140lbs. Not only have I lost weight, but I have gained self confidence, self love, and I’ve gained a whole new life. A life that I have been wanting for so long. A life that I deserve. Whatever it is that is holding you back from living the life you deserve tackle it head on. Grab it by the horns and run. The results are so worth it.”

Take steps toward better health while connecting with the community. This free walking/running group is open to all, go at your own pace and enjoy the benefits of movement.

Please be aware of the cyclist on the road today! Give them grace and space. They deserve it!!

🚴‍♀️ DAM J.A.M. Bicycle Tour rolls out today at 0800 hours!
Starts/finishes at the Pryor Creek Recreation Center.

This beloved Oklahoma ride takes cyclists through the scenic backroads and rolling hills of Mayes and Delaware Counties—all while supporting a great cause.

Routes (fully supported, paved): 33 • 55 • 73 • 105 miles

What to know:
• Expect increased bicycle traffic this morning and early afternoon along the marked routes.
• Please slow down, pass only when safe, and give at least 3 feet when overtaking cyclists.
• Watch for officers and volunteers assisting at key intersections and rest stops.

Riders: Have a great ride, hydrate often, and look out for one another.
Drivers: Thanks for your patience and for sharing the road today.
