🔥 WOW… WHAT A PRACTICE FROM OUR 13U! ⚾️

This group is loaded with talented players, but more importantly, they’re ready to WORK! 💪

Coach Unger definitely didn’t disappoint in his first fall practice. The energy, effort, and focus from these kids was awesome to see!

We’re just getting started, and we’re excited to watch every one of these players grow, develop, and become the best baseball players they can be. 🧢🔥

The work starts now. Let’s build! 💯

We’re excited to add the Howell Family to our CYOJ Founding Families Wall!

Scott and his family have consistently supported Create Your Own Journey, showing up for our events and supporting everything we’re working to build for our youth.

Scott is a great friend of mine, and I’m incredibly grateful for his friendship and the support he and his family have shown CYOJ.

The Founding Families Wall is about recognizing the people who have believed in this journey and helped us along the way — and the Howell family absolutely deserves to be on it.

🔥⚾️ WHAT A NIGHT AT THE VOLCANOS MAVS GAME! ⚾️🔥

If you weren’t there last night, you MISSED OUT! What an amazing night with our CYOJ HitLab family at the Volcanos Mavs game!

We went into extra innings, and our very own Lab hitter TJ came up HUGE! 💪

TJ drove a ball deep to center field, scoring one, then later came up with a double to start the extra inning! 🔥 He came around to score the walk-off run on a single by the next batter! 🚨

Talk about an exciting way to finish the night! What a game and what a memory for the kids. ⚾️❤️

A huge THANK YOU to Mickey Walker for having us out and giving our CYOJ HitLab kids an awesome night at the ballpark!

🏈💚 HIT LAB SUPPORTS ALL ATHLETES. 💚🏈

Baseball and softball may be a huge part of what we do at CYOJ Hit Lab, but our support for our athletes doesn’t stop when they leave the diamond.

Today, we were out in the community supporting youth athletes competing in the Tualatin Valley Youth Football League Jamboree — and also supporting Coach Bostwick in his first year officiating with the Salem Football Officials Association.

At CYOJ, we believe every athlete is building their own journey.

That journey might include football, basketball, soccer, wrestling, track, band, choir, drama, theater, debate, or something completely different.

If it matters to our athletes, it matters to us.

📸 Hit Lab families — send us your photos throughout the year of your athlete or member doing things outside of baseball and softball.

📍 Send us an invite to your game, meet, concert, performance, competition, or event.

We want to show up.
We want to support them.
We want to celebrate what they’re accomplishing.

Because CYOJ is about more than training.

It’s about community, support, and helping young people CREATE THEIR OWN JOURNEY.
