Thanks all for a fantastic, challenging and rewarding summer season!! I'll never forget it. I'm taking my own advice and listening to my own body, that has been telling me to get some real rest. I'll be on vacation for a couple weeks and (mostly) off the grid, enjoying nature, my husband, our cats, our home, the PNW, NorCal, water, quite yoga, meditation and vision quest 2.0. And the WINNERS of the first ever Kevin's Aqua Yoga's "TSUNAMI BEYONCE-OFF CHALLANCE" is.....9:00am(MWF) session!!! I'm so proud of all teams. Your enthusiasm and water moves were all spot-on and everyone's hips were mooooovvvin'! But the 9:00am(MWF) class OUT SPLASHED everyone. Wow! What wave height! You all totally splashed the windows! We will talk more tomorrow and the athletes will be given their (small) prizes. NICE JOB! 9:00am(MWF), your practice and new wave method paid off!
But what I'm most excited about is, not only how you all got your hips loose and moving, you all now are really FEELING the music much more, letting yourselves dance and letting your bodies relax down to a new level. AND YOU'RE SINGING, FINALLY! Also noticing more laughs and smiles. See you tomorrow at 5:45am(W), 7:00am(MWF) and 9:00am(MWF) at Kroc Center Salem.
