Hunting Land Management and Scouting services business! Little bit of a long post but looking to let everyone know about our services we offer!
Do you have hunting property in WV that you don't have time to manage due to a crazy work/life balance?
Are you elderly or have elderly family members who love to hunt on their property but just can no longer take care of it by themselves?
If you live out of state and own property in WV we can scout and manage your property for you to be ready for you to go during the hunting season!
We are trying to grow our business that we've ran on the side for the last 5 years. We have been managing deer hunting properties locally since 2019. Now that we are finally in a place where we are looking to grow this business across the state of WV and take on a much larger work load, we have decided to create a business page here on Facebook.
Our goal is to take on 40 new farms this upcoming year (2025) across the state of WV.
SERVICES OFFERED:
- Monthly Property Inspection/Scouting (April-Sept).
- Monthly Trail Camera checks (we'll use our own cameras).
- All property scouting done for you!
- Professional scouting services and building deer management plans to help develop/sustain a healthy deer herd.
- Custom Management Plans to set you up on target bucks and recommended set ups for hunting factoring in wind, access, and deer sign.
- Clearing/Mowing of Main trail system in Spring (March/April)**
- Clearing/Mowing of Main trail system in Fall (August/September)**
Rates are flat Fees based on property acreage. We offer monthly payment plans with ACH payment.
