Don't have a hip abduction machine at your gym? No problem!

The Romanian Deadlift (One of my favorites)

Strengthen your hamstrings, glutes, and lower back with this dynamic exercise. Executed with a slight bend in the knees, you hinge at the hips, lowering the dumbells/barbell while maintaining a straight back.

This exercise engages and strengthens the lower back muscles, promoting stability and reducing the risk of back pain. Incorporating RDLs into your routine can contribute to a resilient and well-supported lower back.

Life involves inevitable challenges and difficulties, whether you're actively growing or remaining stagnant. Choosing growth means embracing the struggles as opportunities to learn, adapt, and become stronger.

Stagnation, on the other hand, often leads to a sense of unfulfillment and missed chances for self-discovery and improvement.

While both paths may involve suffering, the path of growth offers the prospect of evolving into a better version of yourself, making the journey more meaningful and rewarding in the long run.
