Well here is the context.

Rule 67 DAMAGES
The question of damages arising from a breach of any rule shall be governed by the prescriptions, if any, of the national authority.

This is simply the educated sailor youths reminding us all of a constantly over looked rule of sailing racing. Good on them!!!

Ask them about rule 14 to follow their statements about 67 to learn more!

Boats are stepped and coaching boat is in the water! The now two year long tradition of Salem tween and teen sailors being the first sailors of the year to hit the waters of Salem Harbor continues!

Thank you Sail Salem for your ongoing support, without it so many of our youth wouldn't be able to get on the water that surrounds our great community!!!
