We will be hosting outdoor trainings in June! Follow us here to find out when and where they will be. Portland, Salem and Eugene will be our main areas. If you have an idea of where we could also do a camp, let us know by emailing us from the link on our page.

I'm very happy to announce that we will be moving forward with the Youth Basketball Program! This program will give kids from all ages a chance to learn and grow from the sport of basketball. We have a great group of leaders from all aspects of the sport and would like to share that with the community.

We will be posting updates to this page as Oregon hopefully/slowly is opening back up so follow us for personal training, group training, at home workouts and camps soon to come!
